Fajr filmfest calls for entries

The Fajr International Film Festival in Iran has announced call for entries.

The secretariat of the 41st edition of the Fajr International Film Festival has called for Iranian and foreign filmmakers to register and send their works to the event.

This year’s festival will have two main National and International Sections.

The FFF coincides with the Ten-Day Fajr ceremonies across Iran, marking the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Starting from 2023, the domestic and international versions of Fajr will be once again held as part of one event titled “Fajr International Film Festival”.

Since its establishment in 1982, the FFF has played a vital role in the development of Iranian Cinema.

The 41st edition of the event is scheduled for February 01-11, 2023.
